Therapy Services
Our team of licensed psychologists, professional counselors and social workers have an extensive variety of therapeutic approaches. Sessions can be conducted individually, as couples, as families or a combination depending on current concerns. We serve a diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults. We provide treatment for a variety of presenting concerns including: anxiety, ADHD/ADD, attachment, chronic or acute medical conditions, adoption/foster care, life transitions, survivors of domestic violence, PTSD, mood disorders, grief, trauma, behavioral issues and developmental issues.
The members of the practice collaborate as a team when multiple family members are attending therapy or seeing one of our psychiatrists.
Our therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Systems Theory, Art Therapy and Play Therapy.
