Nicole Carey, LCSW

Education:  Nicole received her Bachelors in Psychology at Bradley University. Nicole received her Masters in Social Work at Aurora University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work.

 

Client Base:  Nicole has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults; helping to
improve their mental health and overall well-being. Nicole focuses on ADHD, anger, anxiety,
bipolar, depression, emotional regulation, self-care, and stress management.

 

Therapeutic Approach: Nicole creates a warm inviting environment to help clients feel comfortableopening up and sharing about themselves. She uses an arrange of therapeutic styles to helpclients understand themselves better and develop coping skills to achieve and maintain holisticwellness. Nicole uses a person-centered approach, allowing you to talk about what matters toyou and is on your mind. She also uses DBT, mindfulness, CBT, and logotherapy depending onyour needs and symptoms.
