
Education: Masters of Science in School Counseling from National Louis University; Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Youth Ministry/Adolescent Studies from Judson University. Ms. Sutor is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.

Client Base
Ms. Sutor enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and she is passionate about helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. She works with individuals presenting with ADHD, trauma, school refusal, depression, anxiety disorders, and adjustment difficulties. Her background includes experience in both public and therapeutic day school settings. Currently, she divides her time between Connections Day School and Counseling Connections.

Ms. Sutor values working not only with individual clients but also with their families and support systems to provide well-rounded, collaborative care. She strives to meet clients where they are, using a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental approach. Her therapeutic style incorporates a range of techniques, including mindfulness, creative and art-based activities, games, talk therapy, and cognitive strategies to help challenge negative thought patterns. She emphasizes identifying and building on each individual’s strengths to support meaningful growth and lasting change.
