Education: Dr. Greenbaum attended medical school and completed his psychiatric residency at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. He completed his Child Psychiatry fellowship training at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Greenbaum is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist.
Client Base: Dr. Greenbaum specializes in working with children and adolescents, and also treats adult patients. He consults with several Therapeutic Day schools, and is the Psychiatric Consultant at various schools, including: Connections Day School, Connections Academy East, Virtual Connections Academy and NewHope Academy.
Services provided include: Psychiatric evaluations and Psycho-pharmacologic treatment and management. Dr Greenbaum currently sees patients both in person and through telehealth.
Dr. Greenbaum was Principal Investigator at Capstone Clinical Research, where he conducted Clinical Trials for psychiatric medications from 1999- 2021. As a result of his research participation, he has been co-author on various articles for peer-reviewed journals. Clinical trials have included research on medication treatment for disorders such as ADHD, Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Autism, Binge Eating Disorder and others.
