Counseling Connections is in network with most insurance plans.  We will attempt to verify your coverage prior to your first visit in our office; however, it is your responsibility to verify your benefits with your insurance company and whether Counseling Connections and the provider you are seeing is in-network with your plan.

 

You can go through your insurance company's website or call the customer service number on the back of your card.  Payment is expected at the time of service.  For further information, please refer to our financial policy.

We are out of network with most HMO's.  If you have an HMO plan, please verify if we are in-network prior to scheduling an appointment.
