Insurance

Counseling Connections is in network with most insurance plans.  It is our policy to verify your coverage prior to your first visit in our office.  During your first visit, your therapist will go over your insurance coverage for the session, including:

• Co-pay

• Deductible (both family and individual)

• Percent paid by insurance

If you would like to check your benefits, you can also go through your insurance company's website or call the customer service number on the back of your card.  Payment is expected at the time of service.  For further information, please refer to our financial policy.

We are in network with the following companies:

• Aetna

• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

• Compsych

• Magellan

• Medicare (only select clinicians accept)

• United Behavioral Healthcare

• Optum

• UMR

 

We are out of network with Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO's except for Advocate and Advocate Condell.  These mental health benefits go through Magellan.
