Mr. Billings joined Counseling Connections in 2016 where he has served in various Financial and Operational leadership roles. Mr. Billings has extensive experience across industries including Investment Banking, Management Consulting and In-house strategic growth roles. He is also a member of the IAPSEC (Illinois Association of Private Special Education Centers) legislative committee and a member of NAPSEC (National Association of Private Special Education Centers).
Mr. Billings holds a Bachelor's in Management from the London School of Economics and a Master's in Management from the London School of Economics and ESADE, Barcelona.
