Insurance and Managed Care
Our office will be happy to assist you in processing your bill so that you are able to utilize your insurance to cover the services you receive at Counseling Connection. While we are in most insurance plans, it is our policy to verify your coverage prior to your first visit in our office. This way we are able to determine and inform you as to your benefits. You should be able to know, prior to your first visit, if you have a co-pay and how much it is. We will also pre-certify your visit before it occurs to assure you will be covered. Once we receive your written permission, we will process all your insurance claims for you. You will receive regular statements reflecting this activity on your account. |
